Jeevan is a University of Victoria graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with honours as a four-time Academic All-Canadian varsity soccer athlete. With over 10 years of experience in the health and performance field, he brings a strong blend of clinical knowledge, movement expertise, and coaching experience to his practice.
Drawing from his background as a lifelong soccer, basketball, hockey athlete and elite-level soccer coach, Jeevan understands firsthand how functional training, recovery, and mindset shape both performance and long-term well-being. He specializes in exercise rehabilitation programs focusing on mobility, strength, stability, and movement mechanics. He integrates techniques such as fascial stretch therapy and soft tissue release to support recovery, improve overall function and to help clients move better, feel stronger, and stay resilient.
Jeevan believes true health comes from the connection between mind and body. His approach focuses not only on improving physical function but also on building confidence, sustainable habits, and a positive relationship with movement. Whether working with clients recovering from injury, improving mobility, or striving for higher performance, his goal is to create an encouraging environment where people feel challenged, supported, and motivated.

Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Cassandra has been active throughout her life. She started exploring the BC mountains through Scouting as a youth, and later played field hockey with the Vancouver Hawks Women’s League throughout high school and university. Her interest in health and fitness led her to pursue a degree in Kinesiology.
Her credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a certificate in Active Health and Rehabilitation. With experience in both chronic and acute injury rehabilitation, Cassandra uses evidence-based exercise prescription to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. She is passionate about learning and teaching new ways to help others live their most active and functional lives. She believes in creating a fun, creative, and positive environment for exercise with the end goal of enhancing quality of life.
Cassandra has worked with all ages, from youth to seniors. Cassandra particularly enjoys working with youth-tapping on multiple years of experience as a Scout Leader and youth mentor to incorporate games and challenges into exercises sessions.
